  • • ground black pepper and salt.

Washed cabbage should be cut into small enough pieces with a knife. Shredded cabbage must be transferred to a large saucepan, this will allow you to easily mix the cooking dish. Then slightly remember the chopped vegetable with your hands.

Peel and rinse thoroughly from carrots. Pure root crops need to be chopped using a coarse grater.

Peel the onion by peeling it off. Then rinse it in cold water. Grind the onions with a sharp knife into very small cubes. Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them thoroughly. Then the garlic must be passed through the garlic press, and if desired, it can be cut into small cubes.

Tomatoes need to be thoroughly washed, dried and cut into not very large pieces.

Rinse the pork well in running water. After the excess water drains, it must be cut into small cubes, using a sharp knife for this.

The pan must be placed on a hot stove and pour not a lot of sunflower oil into it. After it is heated, in the pan you need to put the prepared pork, as well as all the vegetables (except cabbage) and fry them over medium heat.

Then the contents of the pan should be put in a saucepan with cabbage. Tomato paste is poured there, which must first be diluted with water. The contents of the pan should be salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything well and place on a hot stove. Remember to cover the pan.

When the hodgepodge boils, the fire must be reduced to a minimum and cook the dish for about 1 hour.
