You need to cut a whole pumpkin so that from a half you get a pot. Using a spoon, seeds are removed from it. Dice the apples, mix with berries, cinnamon and sugar. The filling is placed in a pumpkin, and on top is a piece of butter. The pot is baked at 180 degrees for about 1.5-2 hours, so that the fruit becomes soft and the flesh easily leaves the skin.

Pumpkin can be baked without seasonings and other products. To do this, they put it on a baking sheet covered with foil, and put it in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. It is difficult to determine the cooking time, so after about 1 hour, you need to start checking it. The finished vegetable becomes completely soft. Pumpkin is served on a table with caramel syrup. To prepare it you will need:

  • 50 g sugar

  • 1-2 tsp honey

  • ½ lemon zest,

  • 30 g grated ginger,

  • some water.

Lemon zest and ginger on a fine grater. Sugar is poured into the pan and a little water is added, stirring constantly to make caramel. Then add ginger and zest to it, simmer on the fire for several minutes and pour hot zest on the zest.
