While the meat and onions are fried, prepare the sauce. You can make the sauce with milk. Pour 200 ml of milk, add spices, salt, soy sauce for flavor.

Then, when the meat is fried, pour the white sauce into the pan, put the fried onions and simmer for one hour over low heat and with the lid closed.

It should be stewed with a tight-fitting lid, since when the steam leaves the pan, the meat will be mild and hard.

To make the meat evenly fried, it is necessary to cut it into identical pieces. Avoid boiling, the meat must be stewed, otherwise it will be tough. The readiness of the meat can be checked with a fork, it should easily pierce it.
