Delicious homemade chocolate can be made from cocoa powder. In addition, you can add any kind of filler to the delicacy prepared with your own hands.

- - 50 g of cocoa powder;
- - 0.5 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - 6 tbsp milk;
- - 1 tsp starch;
- - 50 g of butter.

Combine sugar with cocoa powder and add some milk to it, mix the ingredients well. Pour the remaining milk into the mixture and mix thoroughly again so that there are no lumps.

Place a saucepan with the milk mixture on a small fire and bring it to a boil. Add butter to the boiled base, which must first be melted in a water bath.

Cook the chocolate from cocoa powder for 2 minutes, then pour the starch into it, stir and pour into the mold. You can first pour half the chocolate, put a few nuts, raisins or other fillings on it and pour the rest of the chocolate mass on top. When the homemade chocolate cools down, put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Useful advice
To get dark chocolate, use more cocoa powder.
Vanilla sugar or vanillin can be used to flavor home-brewed chocolate. Coffee aroma is obtained if a little instant coffee is added to the cocoa-milk mixture during cooking.
