First, soften 150 grams of butter at room temperature. Put the butter in a deep cup, add one cup of brown sugar and whisk with a whisk. Add two tablespoons of sour cream to the cookie mass and mix.

Then fry 2 tablespoons of sesame in a dry frying pan until light golden brown. Grate fresh ginger on a fine grater.

Sift 225 grams of flour. It is more beneficial to use first grade flour or add whole grain flour or bran to premium flour. Add all the dry ingredients to the cookie mixture: sifted flour, carob, a pinch of salt, soda and vanillin. Then add grated ginger and fried sesame seeds. Mix all the ingredients and knead the soft dough.

Wrap the resulting dough in a plastic bag and leave it to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After this time, preheat the oven at 180C. Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll a ball from each piece, squeeze it and put it on a baking sheet. The baking sheet must first be greased with oil or lined with baking paper. Do the same with the whole test. Bake chocolate sesame cookies for 15 minutes. Cook with love!
