You will need

  • - potatoes - 5 pcs.

  • - carrots - 1.5 pcs.

  • - Adyghe cheese - 200 g

  • - nori - 6 sheets

  • - sour cream - 400 g

  • - salt - to taste

  • - spices: black pepper, coriander - to taste

Instruction manual

1

Cut Adyghe cheese into 1 cm wide cubes. Cut nori into strips so that the width of the strip corresponds to the length of the cheese block. Moisten the strips of nori. Wrap nori around each piece of cheese. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add spices. Fry the prepared "fish" in oil with spices on both sides. Salt a little. Lay on the surface so that they cool.

2

Wash and peel vegetables - carrots and potatoes. Cut the vegetables into circles. It is better to cut carrots thinner, but potatoes are a little thicker.

3

Make sour cream sauce. Add spices to sour cream: coriander, black pepper. Salt and mix well.

4

Start collecting the casserole. On the baking paper in the form, put the finished "fish" in a dense layer to each other. Lubricate generously with sour cream. Then lay the carrots on top and also coat with sour cream. And in conclusion, put the potatoes and grease again with plenty of sour cream. Close the future casserole with foil.

5

Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a knife, the vegetables should be soft, and the potatoes slightly fried. Cool the casserole so it will be easier to cut without ruining the layers. Serve on your own or with buckwheat. Cook with love!

note

It is better not to regret sour cream so that it is not soaked in vegetables. Or serve sour cream sauce separately.
