In the meantime, wash and peel the carrots. Grate it on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil. At the end of frying, salt and add asafoetida, ground black pepper and suneli hops to taste.

While the lentils and carrots are cooked, make a pastry dough. Pour 250 ml of water into a deep container. Pour in 140 ml of vegetable oil. Sift 350 g of flour there, add salt and spices to a teaspoon and knead soft dough. Cover it with foil and set it aside.

Salt the cooked and slightly cooled lentils. Mix carrots with lentils. Punch the blender to a pasty state. The filling is ready!

Roll out the dough with a sausage and cut it into pieces. Roll each piece into a cake, put the filling inside and pinch the edges. Bake the finished cakes in the oven at 180 C.
