For this recipe, you need to pre-soak one glass of lentils. This must be done 8 hours before making the soup or at night. After this time, rinse the lentils in cool water. Add some clean water and beat the lentils with a blender along with salt and suneli hop seasoning.

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut them into arbitrary pieces. First put potatoes and carrots to cook. When these vegetables are cooked until half cooked, add pumpkin to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes, the pumpkin will quickly become soft. Turn off the soup and let it cool.

Meanwhile, fry the cooked lentil minced pancakes. Stuffing can be almost liquid. By the way, such pancakes can also be made from soaked mash. Sauté the lentil minced meat in large quantities of vegetable oil. The cutlets will be oily, airy and not dry.

Next, prepare the cake dough. Sift two cups of flour. You can add bran or take a small portion of whole-grain flour. So the cakes will be more useful. Set the dough aside for 10 minutes.
