- -6 crushed meringues
- -8 ice cubes

In a mixer, mix custard and cream. Whip the cream until a soft foam forms, then add the lemon zest and juice. Put everything in the bowl.

Crush the ice into small pieces in a mixer until ice crumbs form. Add meringues to the resulting mixture and freeze for 2-3 hours.
