- 3 pieces of agricultural mackerel

- 2-3 onions

- 3-4 cloves of garlic

- 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt

- 100-120 ml of vinegar

- 120-150 ml of vegetable oil

Cooking:

1. Peel the frozen mackerel and cut into slices about 2 cm wide. It is important that the fish is not softened in the process, it must be frozen.

2. Put the mackerel in a saucepan, pour the chopped onion and garlic in the same place.

3. Add vinegar, oil, lavrushka and pepper.

4. Mix everything carefully.

5. From the pan, the fish must be moved to a jar and closed with a lid.

6. Bank for about a day to put in the refrigerator.

7. When defrosting, the fish will give juice that mixes with marinade and makes it very tasty. Before serving, the mackerel must be pulled out of the can and spread out nicely, garnished with greens, lemon slices or cranberries.

Pickled mackerel is simply a delicacy, especially if it is prepared with your own hands and according to the right recipe. It will decorate the New Year's table, and guests will appreciate your culinary talents.
