Oyster mushrooms are very tasty and easy to prepare mushrooms. And in combination with chicken, the dish is very tender and juicy.

We will need:

  • Chicken fillet (you can buy ready-made, or separate from the whole carcass) - 300-350 gr

  • Oyster mushrooms - 400-500 gr

  • 1 large ripe and juicy tomato

  • 50-60 gr any cream

  • Any fragrant greens (cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, etc.)

  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • 1-2 bay leaves

  • A little bit of cooking oil for frying

Cooking:

1. First you need to prepare all the products: cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces (about 2x2 cm), wash the mushrooms, tomato and greens with cool water.

2. Grease a deep pan with vegetable oil and put on a stove.

3. After the pan is heated, put the chicken fillet on it and fry evenly until golden brown over moderate heat.

4. While the meat is fried, you need to cut oyster mushrooms and tomato. We cut larger mushrooms (about 3x3 cm), smaller tomatoes (1x1 cm).

5. Pour oyster mushrooms and a tomato to an almost ready filet. Mix, then immediately add bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. If the tomato is not juicy enough, then you can add a little water. Mix everything again, cover and simmer over moderate heat.

6. While the dish is stewing, you need to grind the washed and dried greens. Mix cream with herbs in any convenient container.

7. After the mushrooms are almost ready, pour the dish with a mixture of cream and herbs and simmer for 10-12 minutes under the lid.

This dish can be served either separately or with a side dish of rice or potatoes. Light creamy taste will not leave anyone indifferent and will delight the whole family!
