2 packs of low-fat cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, half a glass of raisins, 20 grams of butter, 3 tablespoons semolina, 100 grams of sour cream, 3 tablespoons of strawberry or apricot jam, vanilla on the tip of a knife.

Gently break the eggs, separating the whites and yolks. Beat whites in a strong foam. Rub the cottage cheese with yolks and half sugar. Rinse and soak the raisins for 30 minutes in warm water.

Add raisins, vanillin, semolina and beaten egg whites to the curd. Gently mix the mass and put in a deep oven mold, pre-oiled with butter.

Bake the curd mass until golden brown. Beat the cream with half the sugar and add the jam. Gently transfer the casserole to a dish, pour sour cream mixed with jam on top.

Raisins are best taken light, large and pitted.
