  • Glaze:

  • - 200 g of milk chocolate,

  • - 100 ml cream.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse the eggs, gently separate the whites from the yolks. Put the softened butter in a bowl, add 1 cup sugar (plain or brown to taste) and add 7 all the yolks. Beat well.

2

Add baking powder to the flour and sift several times, so the cake will turn out more tender and airy. Add the sifted flour to the beaten yolks.

3

Beat two squirrels in a separate bowl. Stir the whipped whites into the dough. Divide the finished dough into two parts. In the first part, add cocoa, mix.

4

Add 250 grams of sugar to the remaining proteins and beat until peaks. Gently mix the starch with coconut.

5

Wash apples, peel, grate, squeeze juice slightly.

6

Cover the baking dish (rectangular or square) with parchment. Put the dough with cocoa on the parchment, gently line it. Put a mass of whipped protein and coconut on the dough. Lay a layer of apples on top. Cover the filling with the second part of the dough.

7

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.

8

Remove the finished dessert from the oven. Top with chocolate icing. For the glaze, mix the hot cream and chocolate. Leave the dessert to cool completely. Then cut into slices and serve for tea.
