Tasty delicacy marshmallows are loved by both adults and children. For children, this is the first recommended sweetness, which they can treat at the age of about 1 year. You can make apple marshmallows, which will be not only tasty, but also healthy.

You will need
- - apples - 6-7 pcs.
- - sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- - gelatin - 20 g
- - powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
- - potato or corn starch - 1 tbsp.

Wash the apples, peel them from the skins and bake them in the oven until soft for 20-30 minutes, or cook in a small amount of water.

Rub apples through a sieve.

Pour sugar into the applesauce and set on fire. Cook after complete dissolution of sugar for 12-15 minutes until the mass thickens.

Soak gelatin in half a glass of water and leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Pour gelatin into the apple-sugar syrup and mix. Beat the mixture until it turns white in about 10 minutes.

Transfer the mass to a pastry bag and place it on a baking sheet or transfer to a mold. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Take the finished marshmallows out of the refrigerator and sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and starch.

Beat still hot mass.
Useful advice
Ready marshmallows can be molded in pairs or pour chocolate glaze on top.
Use colorings to add color.
