    • 50 ml cream;
    • butter.
    • Casserole with bread crumbs:
    • 200 g of fresh cherries;
    • 150 g white bread crumbs;
    • 100 g of sugar;
    • 1 tablespoon of potato starch;
    • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar;
    • butter.

Bake a cottage cheese casserole with frozen cherries. Separate the squirrels from the yolks and beat them into a strong foam. Mash yolks with sugar and a pinch of vanillin. Pour the cream into the yolk mixture in portions and add the semolina. Stir everything thoroughly.

Boil the milk and add the cottage cheese to it. Rub the mass thoroughly until smooth and gently mix the yolk mixture into it. Heat everything together for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and refrigerate. In portions, add proteins to the dough and gently, from the bottom up, mix them so that they do not fall.

Grease the refractory form with butter. Put a seedless layer of frozen cherry on the bottom. Pour the berries with dough and smooth it. Sprinkle the surface with butter flakes and place the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve tea or cold milk for such a casserole.

It is very simple to cook a casserole of fresh cherry and white bread. Sort the berries and rinse them in running water. Dry by sprinkling on a towel, then remove the seeds from the cherry with a special machine. Fold the berries in a saucepan, add half a glass of sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove it from the heat and refrigerate.
