- -3 kg peeled and pumpkin seeds;
- -1 kg of sugar:
- -500 ml of water for syrup;
- -1 large lemon;
- -2 large oranges.

Pumpkin jam does not require any serious culinary skills for you. First of all, you need to grind (provided that the vegetable is already peeled) pumpkin. It can be rubbed on a large shredder or processed with a combine.

Wash lemon and oranges in hot water. Cut into arbitrary pieces, remove the seeds and pass through a meat grinder. Pumpkin jam, the recipe for which we are now discussing, suggests that you will grind citrus fruits with a peel. If you do not like the peculiar taste of the zest, then remove it before placing the lemon and oranges in a meat grinder.

Fold the prepared ingredients in a container convenient for cooking.

Dilute sugar in 500 ml of water, pour the resulting syrup into pumpkin, oranges and lemon.

Boil pumpkin jam and cook it over low heat for a quarter of an hour.

Turn off the gas, let the pumpkin jam cool, and then boil again. In total, you should boil 3 times and cool the treat.

Put the finished pumpkin jam in jars and store in the refrigerator.
