- - 300 g cracker
- - 100 g of raisins
- - 200 g of white chocolate
- - 25 g of gelatin
- - 2 sachets of green jelly
- - 200 g of grapes
- - 250 g of granulated sugar
- - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- - 450 ml of water

Soak gelatin in hot water first. Then let it cool. Dilute jelly in 300 ml of hot water. Also leave to cool.

Make a cream. Cracker break in half. Grate the chocolate.

Pour sour cream into the pan, add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and beat thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. Then add gelatin and whisk again. Add steamed raisins, cracker and mix well.

Take a baking dish, put 1/3 of the cream, then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Put 2/3 of the cream on the chocolate again and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Repeat this one more time. Put the mold in a cold place for about 40-50 minutes before setting.

Take the grapes, rinse them well and cut them into halves. Take out the cake, carefully lay the grapes and pour them with green jelly. Put in a cold place until the cake completely hardens, for about 8-10 hours.

Remove the cake from the mold with a spatula. Transfer to a dish and serve.
