Zama soup is a Moldavian national dish, served hot. Previously, it was cooked only with poultry meat, however, now it is made with fish, and without meat at all (lean substitute).

This soup contains chicken stock, which means it can be used as a cure for a hangover or a cure for a cold.

The right ingredients:

- domestic chicken;

- onion 2 pieces;

- carrot;

- parsley root;

- pepper pod for poignancy;

- parsley and celery;

- homemade sour kvass 200 milliliters;

- homemade noodles.

Cooking:

First you need to cook the chicken. Drain the first broth, and cook on the second until the meat is ready.

To cook noodles, break the egg, mix with flour. The dough should be elastic. Roll out a thin layer and leave to reach for half an hour.

While the dough is drying, separate the chicken meat and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Peel and chop the greens, onions, carrots and peppers, cut into small cubes, pour into the broth.

Roll the dough into a tube, cut into thin strips and pour into boiling soup.

Bring homemade kvass to a boil and pour to the rest of the ingredients.

Let it brew for 15 minutes.
