Peel the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Add to the vegetables in the soup. 20 minutes after laying the zucchini and cauliflower in the soup, put the fried onions, carrots and tomato in the dish. Add salt to taste. Leave on fire for another 10-15 minutes.
