You will need

  • On 16 rolls:
  • - 1 avocado;
  • - 0.5 tbsp. roasted peanuts;
  • - 4 tbsp Basilica
  • - 4 tbsp ketchup;
  • - 6 tbsp chopped cilantro;
  • - 2 tbsp miso red paste;
  • - 32 large boiled shrimps;
  • - 1 tsp sesame oil;
  • - 1 tsp lemon juice;
  • - 1 small carrot;
  • - 16 mint leaves;
  • - 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • - 120 g of rice noodles;
  • - 16 spring roll pancakes;
  • - 8 sheets of lettuce;
  • - 2 tbsp Sahara;
  • - 0.5 sweet pepper;
  • - 4 tsp Sriracha sauce;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic.

Instruction manual

1

Boil water in a large saucepan. Pour rice noodles into it and cook in accordance with the instructions on the packaging until cooked (usually about 5 minutes). Drain and set aside the noodles for a while.

2

Boil shrimps in slightly salted water and clear of shells.

3

Peel the carrots into thin slices. Wash red bell peppers and cut them into stripes. Wash the avocado, cut into 2 parts, take out the stone, peel the skin and cut in the same way as pepper.

4

Pour warm water into the pan. Next to it, on a work surface, place a towel for folding the rolls.

5

Dip each rice pancake in water for a second and lay on a towel. In the center of each, place 2 peeled shrimps, and put a little rice noodles on them. Add greens and vegetables on top.

6

You can combine the ingredients the way you like, but keep in mind that there should be 5 cm of dough at the edges of the pancake! Fold the opposite edges of the pancake and roll the roll.

7

When the rolls are ready, you can start preparing the sauce. To do this, pour roasted peanuts into the bowl of the combine and grind it to a paste-like mass. Then send some ketchup, peeled garlic, miso paste, both types of butter, Sriracha sauce and lemon juice to it and beat again until smooth. You can add a little water to make the combine easier and faster to cope with the task.

8

Put the sauce in a bowl (optionally sprinkle it with chopped peanuts a little more) and serve with rolls!
