Instruction manual
1
Boiled meat - pork, beef, veal; cut the vesin, sausage or sausages along in small thin slices.
Cut along the strips of pickles. If the cucumbers are hard, then peel them and remove the seeds.
Chop onions and fry in a skillet until golden brown. Put meat products, cucumbers, onions, capers and chopped olives in a wide, but not very deep pan or stew-pan, add tomato paste, mix and boil. If the mixture turned out to be very thick, then it can be slightly diluted with water.
2
Extinguish cabbage separately. Melt the butter in a hot pan and fry the cabbage shredded in strips. Then pour water and simmer until soft over low heat.
3
Put hot ready-made cabbage on a serving frying pan or baking dish, level it. Put ready-made meat products in sauce on it. Put the cabbage on top again and level the surface. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in the oven until golden brown.
4
When serving on olives or olives, sprinkle with herbs.
note
