  • Curd dough:

  • - 50 g of walnuts;

  • - 2 tsp candied orange;

  • - 1 tsp vanilla (essence).

  • For lubrication:

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 2 tbsp milk.

The dough must be prepared in advance, per day. We will cook it in the mixer, using the nozzle "guitar".

Turn the mixer on at low speed and mix the ingredients until a mass resembling homemade cheese is obtained. Remove the finished dough from the bowl of the combine and lay it on the work surface. Flatten it slightly with your hands and wrap it in film. Clean in the cold for the night.
