The rest of the meat products are first fried in a pan with oil to make a golden crust, and then added to the broth.

When the meat is ready, they start cooking vegetables: they cut the onions into cubes, rub the carrots, and then they are fried in a frying pan until golden brown and poured into a pan. Cucumbers are cut into small strips, lightly fried and put in a hodgepodge. Together with vegetables, tomato paste, spices, olives and capers are added and boiled for another 5 minutes.

Lemon and sour cream are placed in a dish before serving. Also in cabbage, you can add cabbage, potatoes, cucumber pickle and garlic.
