You will need

  • - Onions - 2-3 pcs.

  • - Mayonnaise - 150 g

  • - Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tablespoons

  • - Greens for decoration

  • - Pomegranate kernels for decoration (optional)

  • - Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Peel carrots and onions. Chop the onion finely, cut the carrots into thin strips. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, put onions and carrots. Fry until golden brown.

Boil chicken breast in salted water. Allow to cool and cut into a medium-sized cube. Boil the egg, cool, peel and dice. In order for the eggs to be better cleared of shells, it is better to salt water during cooking.

Cut pickled cucumbers into a small cube. Grind the greens.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
