Almost everyone loves baking. To diversify it, and at the same time reduce calorie content, it is sometimes worth replacing the usual wheat flour with rye flour. Baking from rye flour is healthier than from white. In rye flour there are more vitamins, especially group B, as well as minerals and amino acids. In addition, rye flour baking is less high in calories and has a lower glycemic index.

- 1. rye flour - 1 cup
- 2. vegetable oil - 100 gr.
- 3. kefir - 1 glass
- 4. chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- 5. baking powder -1 tsp
- 6. salt 1/2 tsp
- For filling:
- chicken fillet, cabbage

Mix and beat eggs, kefir, butter.

Add dry ingredients: sifted rye flour, salt, baking powder. Whip with a mixer. The consistency of the test should turn out, like a 20 percent sour cream.

Prepare the filling: finely chop the chicken fillet and cabbage, add salt and spices to taste.

Pour half the dough into the mold, put the filling on top and fill with the remaining dough. Put in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. The bright smell of rye bread will tell you when the pie is ready.
Useful advice
For this pie, any filling that is combined with rye bread is suitable. In the dough I add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of any bran, kefir can be replaced with low-fat sour cream.
