Sift flour into a large bowl, add soft butter (remove it from the refrigerator about an hour before cooking), sugar, milk and knead non-sticky dough. Stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps left!

On the working surface, roll the dough into a layer to the size of the pan. Spread jam on the bed. Grate 75 g of chocolate on a medium grater and sprinkle on top. Roll into a roll, carefully transfer to a baking sheet and send to a hot oven for about an hour.
