Cut the fish into small portions, pour lemon juice, sprinkle with fish spices, as well as salt and pepper. Leave the fillet for 20 minutes.

We prepare vegetables: we cut onions in large half rings, chop the tomato into strips, and garlic - finely chop or pass through a press. Peel the tomato. To do this, pour boiling water over them and then cut into small slices.

Fry all vegetables in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Add cumin seeds, salt and pepper, as well as half a glass of water to them. Simmer the contents of the pan until half cooked under a closed lid for about another 5-10 minutes.
