To prepare the dough for pies, you will need the following ingredients: 500 g of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of soda, 500 ml of yogurt, 1 chicken egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar.

For the preparation of the filling: 500 g liverwurst, 150 g feta cheese, a bunch of garlic arrows. To fry the pies, you need 200-250 ml of vegetable oil.

Sifted wheat flour is mixed with soda, salt, sugar, yogurt and chicken egg. Knead the dough and leave it alone for 10-15 minutes. During this time, you can prepare the filling for the pies.

The sausage is peeled and finely chopped. Arrows of garlic are cut into small pieces and sautéed in warmed vegetable oil. Reducing the heat to medium, add sausage to the fried arrows.

When frying the toppings, knead the ingredients with a fork. In the cooled minced meat add mashed cheese. Stuffing is thoroughly mixed.

The dough is rolled out on a cutting board with a layer of a thickness of not more than 0.5 cm. Using a mug, cut the same circles. In the middle of each circle, put the filling and form pies, pinching the edges tightly. Fry the pies in a large amount of heated vegetable oil on both sides until a pleasant golden hue is formed.
