Instruction manual
1
To make puff pastry, add salt to the flour, then put the pieces of margarine and chop them with a knife into small crumbs. Pour in ice water and knead the dough.
2
Collect the resulting crumbling mass into a lump, put on a board and roll it into a 5 mm thick layer. Fold it with an envelope and roll it out again - repeat this several times. Shake off excess flour from the dough, wrap it in cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
3
In the meantime, separate the rabbit meat from the bones and cut into pieces. Fry in a pan with chopped bacon and onions. Then add the broth and spices to them. Simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
4
Take out the puff pastry and roll it again several times. Then divide it into two layers the size of a baking dish. Put one on the bottom, not forgetting to leave the sides.
5
Put the filling on the dough and cover it with the remaining layer, pinching the edges. Make a hole in the center, and notches from the center to the edges. Lubricate the closed puff pastry pie with an egg and bake in a preheated to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
