Head of cabbage, remove the top leaves and chop finely. We think of cabbage so that it starts up the juice, fry in a pan in vegetable oil. To make it softer, you can extinguish the cabbage with a small amount of milk. But if there is no time, the vegetable can not be fried and not stewed, but simply chopped.

We cut the bacon into small cubes, leave a few long plates to decorate the cabbage pie. My dill and chop finely, leave a few twigs intact. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt and beat well, then gradually add mayonnaise, sour cream and flour. We mix the bacon, cabbage and dill and put it into the dough, mix everything well.

We grease the form with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle with flour, put the dough in it. We put in the oven, heated to 280 ° C, for 30 minutes. Cabbage pie must be baked until golden brown. We turn the remaining plates of bacon into small bags and put them on the finished dish, put several branches of dill on top. To make the cabbage pie more flavorful, you can sprinkle with grated cheese a few minutes before being ready. If there is no bacon at home, it can be replaced with fresh mushrooms, boiled sausage, sausages, minced pork and beef.
