  • a teaspoon of dried yeast

  • a teaspoon of salt

  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil,

  • two glasses of flour.
  • For filling:

  • one jar of sprat

  • 120 grams of hard cheese

  • a tablespoon of ketchup,

  • three boiled chicken eggs,

  • fresh herbs for decoration,

  • some black ground pepper.

Cooking the dough. Add yeast and salt to a bowl of sifted flour. Pour in oil and water, knead the dough. The dough should turn out very soft and not stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in film and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into circles. Three cheese on a coarse grater. Open a jar of sprats and drain the oil from it.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. From the dough we make a cake and put it on a baking sheet. Lubricate the cake with a tablespoon of ketchup. We spread sprats on ketchup, between which we lay the chopped eggs. Sprinkle pizza with cheese and put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Ready pizza can be sprinkled with grated cheese and ground black pepper. Decorate with sprigs of fresh herbs. Serve on the table and enjoy the taste. Pleasant and tasty moments for you.
