Instruction manual

1

Cook the dough. Dissolve the yeast in a cup of warm water, put the sifted flour in a slide, make a deepening at the top and carefully pour water with yeast into it. Add salt and olive oil. Knead the dough thoroughly for at least 15 minutes - it should become elastic and soft. Cover with a napkin and place in a warm place. After an hour, roll the dough into a thin layer on a table sprinkled with flour. Put on a baking sheet or in a round shape, prick in several places with a fork.

2

Finely chop the onion and fry it in hot oil until golden brown. Scald the tomatoes, peel them, remove the grains, chop the flesh with a knife and put them on the onion. Stir the mixture, salt and pepper. Heat over low heat under a lid for 10-15 minutes. Cool the filling and evenly distribute it on the surface of the dough. Place the pizza in a preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

3

Try a richer and sharper version with cheese platter. Prepare the dough according to the previous recipe. Cut the onion into thin rings and fry in warmed olive oil until transparent. Chop the garlic finely and put in the onion. Pour the tomatoes over boiling water, free from skins and seeds and cut into slices. Grind the basil greens, leaving a couple of leaves for decoration. Cut the gorgonzola and mozzarella into cubes.

4

Roll the dough into a thin layer and transfer it to a baking sheet. Prick the workpiece with a fork. Smear the surface of the pizza with the ready-made tomato sauce, spread the fried onions and garlic, tomato slices and cheese cubes on top. Sprinkle the stuffing with herbs, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle pizza lightly with olive oil and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for 20-25 minutes, before serving, cut into portions and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
