Melt the butter, then combine it with ingredients such as vanilla sugar and icing sugar. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly and add chicken eggs to it. Mix again.

To the resulting sugar cream mass, after sifting, pour the flour in small portions, while stirring continuously. First mix the mixture with a wooden spatula. As it thickens, knead it by hand. As a result, you will get soft dough. When it is ready, roll it in the shape of a ball and wrap it with cling film. In this form, place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the chilled dough into 14 equal parts. Then roll each one so that you get a ball.

Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and put the balls on it. Gently flatten them with your palm, and then make a small indentation in each figure with your finger. Beat the egg yolk slightly. Place a small amount of this mass in the resulting recesses. This is most conveniently done using a teaspoon.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send the future treat to it for about 20 minutes. Make sure that the top of the bakery remains light all the time during cooking. Cookies "Sheker-churek" is ready! You can serve it to the table.
