  • - 4 pork chops (not very thick);

  • - 30 ml of olive oil;

  • - 120 ml of finished apricot marmalade or jam;

  • - 30 ml Dijon mustard;

  • - 30 ml of apple cider vinegar;

  • - a pinch of garlic powder;

  • - 60 ml of water;

  • - a pinch of salt and pepper.

First, prepare the sauce: in a cup, mix apricot jam (marmalade), Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and water. We remove the sauce to the side.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Pepper and salt the pork on both sides, fry in well-heated (but not smoking) oil. Fry the meat until cooked and transfer to a plate.

Reduce the heat and pour the sauce into the pan, stir it for 1-2 minutes, so that it thickens a little. We return the pork chops to the pan, heat it a little and immediately serve with the sauce.
