Cold snacks are usually served before the banquet. If you want your guests to salivate before the start of the festival - prepare a nutty snack with apples and cheese.

You will need
- - nuts
- - 2-3 pcs of apples
- - 200 g of cheese
- - 50 g of honey
- - white pepper
- - lemon juice

Grind nuts, mix them with honey and season with white pepper.

Carefully remove the apple cores and cut into circles without peeling.

Spread apple slices with lemon juice.

Spread the cheese on apple slices, and on top decorate with a honey-nut mixture.

For piquancy, the cheese (or cheeses) used must be spicy. Ideally suited and brie, and camembert, and gorgonzola, and rondel (goat).
Useful advice
Cashews, hazelnuts or pecans can be used as nuts.
