Morse is a soft drink that is prepared as follows: water is boiled with sugar, and then juice of fresh berries or fruits is added. Unlike compote, in which the fruits are boiled with water, most of the vitamins are retained in fruit drinks.

Redcurrant fruit drink

For cooking you will need:

- water - 1 l;

- red currant - 0.3 kg;

- sugar - 100-150 g.

The currant berries (you can also use frozen) are mashed or grind in a blender, the resulting mass is wiped through a sieve or squeezed through cheesecloth. We lay the dry part of the berries in a pan, pour, add sugar and bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Let the syrup boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the gas and cool slightly. We filter the syrup, add the berry juice, bring it to a boil again and turn it off. Serve chilled to the table.

Cherry Raspberry Juice

For cooking you will need:

- cherry - 1 glass;

- raspberries - 1 glass;

- water - 2 liters;

- lemon - 1 piece;

- sugar - 3/4 cup.

We wash the berries, remove the seeds from the cherry and pour them with raspberries into a deep bowl. Pour the berries with sugar and put them in the refrigerator for the night. In the morning, knead the berries with a pusher or a wooden spoon, pour the juice into a separate container, and spread the pulp into a saucepan and fill it with cold water. We bring the broth to a boil, cool and add the juice of the berries and the juice squeezed from the lemon, mix everything and cool.

Gooseberry fruit drink

For cooking you will need:

- gooseberry - 2 glasses;

- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l;

- sugar - 1/2 cup;

- water - 1 liter;

- cinnamon to taste.

Rinse the gooseberries and put them on a napkin so that the water swells and the berries dry. Using a juicer, squeeze the juice from the berries, and discard the pulp. Gooseberry juice is mixed with sugar, mixing until the sand is completely dissolved, add lemon juice and cinnamon to taste. Pour juice with cold boiled water, mix and cool.
