Instruction manual
1
Put butter in a small stewpan, send 4 tablespoons of honey there and melt. Stir until smooth.
2
Heat a small frying pan over high heat. Pour sugar into it (2 full tablespoons) and wait until it turns dark brown. Add the resulting caramel to the saucepan to the honey-oil mixture and mix thoroughly.
3
Allow to cool slightly. While the contents of the stewpan are cooled, a small egg and a small yolk are ground with a mixer with the remaining sugar (a full tablespoon) until it dissolves and the mass whitens. Add to caramel mixture.
4
There, add a pinch of all gingerbread spices. Wonderful, if you have a ready-made mixture of spices - add half a teaspoon.
5
Start by adding a little flour and baking powder, kneading a cool dough. Knead it thoroughly.
6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a baking sheet, covering it with baking paper. Form gingerbread cookies, put on a baking sheet and send to the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
7
Meanwhile, cook the icing. For this, 2 tsp. mix sugar with 2 tsp water and 2 tsp lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook until thickened. Glaze the gingerbread cookies, cool and serve!
