You will need

  • -500 ml of milk or water,

  • -4 tbsp sugar (more can be)

  • -1 medium egg

  • -1 tsp vanilla sugar

  • -6 tbsp. spoons of semolina

  • -a pinch of salt,

  • -50 grams of butter,

  • -3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • -3 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs or flour.

  • For berry jelly:

  • -250 grams of any frozen berries,

  • -0.5 liters of water (as much as possible),

  • Sugar to taste

  • -3-4 tablespoons of starch.

Instruction manual

1

Pour milk or water into the pan (optional), set on fire.

2

Pour semolina and sugar into a bowl, mix.

3

As soon as the milk boils, pour the semolina into the pan and stir well, add a pinch of salt. Reduce the heat to small and cook semolina with constant stirring for about seven minutes. We will get a very thick porridge, which we remove from the heat and leave it under the lid for ten minutes to swell.

After 10-15 minutes, transfer the finished porridge to a cup and cool.

4

Break the egg into a cup, add vanilla sugar (you can take a regular one) and beat a little. Mix the egg with semolina until smooth.

5

Semolina porridge does not cool down in 10 minutes, so we do not waste time and prepare jelly. Pour the berries with water (you can not defrost) and put on fire. After boiling, boil the berries for 15 minutes. We leave the resulting compote for 10 minutes, then filter, the berries can be discarded. The strained compote is poured into a pan, sugar to taste and set to heat.

6

Pour starch and a tablespoon of sugar into a cup, pour a little water and mix well. Pour the starch mixture into the compote, mix. Leave to cook until thickened over low heat.

7

The semolina has cooled, we form the meatballs with wet hands. Roll each cue in a breading.

8

We heat the oil in a pan, fry the meatballs on both sides for 3 minutes. Turn over very carefully.
