In order to cook chicken in sour cream, take a carcass and rinse it well under water. Chicken for this dish should be selected fresh or chilled, a frozen bird is also suitable, only it needs to be thawed in advance. After this, the chicken must be dried and set aside.

Boil the mushrooms in one liter of salted water over moderate heat for 25 minutes. Then flip it over a colander or sieve and rinse with cold tap water. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and heat it over low heat. Fry the mushrooms in oil until tender and set aside to cool.

Next, take a piece of cheese and grate it on a fine grater, in a separate bowl, mix the mushrooms, cheese and a tablespoon of sour cream.
