Crab salad recipe number 1

Salad with crab sticks, the recipe for which will now be described, turns out to be very juicy and bright. The dish is suitable for New Year's feast, as well as for daily dinners.

To make crab salad, take the following foods:

  • 1 pack of crab sticks (250 g);

  • 1 can of canned corn;

  • ½ cans of canned beans;

  • 1 medium onion;

  • 4 chicken eggs;

  • Mayonnaise to taste.

Crab salad with corn and beans is done like this:

  1. Boil the eggs, cool them, peel the eggs, cut into large enough cubes.

  2. Peel the onion, chop as finely as possible.

  3. Remove the crab sticks from the package, cut into thin rings.

  4. Open a can of corn, discard the product in a colander, let the liquid drain, otherwise the crab salad will turn out to be watery.

  5. Put the beans in a colander, rinse under running water, let the excess liquid drain. For cooking, do not take beans in tomato sauce. Legumes will have a too pronounced taste that will “clog” the remaining products.

  6. Combine the prepared ingredients in a deep plate, add mayonnaise, mix the crab salad.

Before serving, decorate the appetizer with sprigs of greenery.
