  • - 150 ml cream (35% fat content);

  • - 100 gr. grated cheese;

  • - a teaspoon of ground nutmeg (optional);

  • - salt.

We prepare all the ingredients to be at hand.

Pour flour and butter sliced ​​into slices onto a work surface, mix into crumbs and add ice water. Knead the dough.

We spread the dough in the form for muffins or muffins, put it in the refrigerator.

Trout (salmon) is separated from bones and skin, cut into strips.
