1

Fresh eggs at room temperature, dip in cool salted boiling water for about 1 minute, then let cool, pour them cold water. If you stored the eggs in the refrigerator, carefully pierce them from the blunt end before cooking.

2

Thoroughly rinse the Romano salad, pat it dry with a paper towel and put it in the refrigerator.

3

Cook the croutons. Turn on the oven in advance. It is necessary that she has time to warm up to 180-200 degrees. In the meantime, go in for bread. Cut the crust from it and cut it into small cubes about 1x1 centimeter in size. Put on a baking sheet and dry in a preheated oven until a golden hue appears for about 8 minutes. Then crush the garlic, crush it with salt, mix with olive oil and heat in a pan over low heat. After that, pour croutons into a heated pan, mix and hold on fire for about 2 minutes.

4

While making croutons, grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater.

5

Rub a salad bowl with a clove of garlic. Tear the leaves of chilled lettuce with your hands into small pieces and put in a cup. After that, sprinkle them with cold olive oil and actively, but at the same time, carefully move to make the salad airy.

6

Salt, pepper, add lemon juice, Worcester sauce and mix.

7

Next, add the eggs to the salad and mix in such a way that they cover all the salad leaves.

8

At the end, sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan and croutons.
