  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;

  • Salted caramel or salted toffee - 2 pieces.

1. You can immediately prepare a cupcake in a mug, in a small bowl, as you like. All ingredients are placed in a bowl and mixed with a small whisk or fork.

2. In the mug with the dough, add salted caramel or toffee, "drown" them in the mug.

3. The cupcake in the microwave at the highest power will be one and a half minutes. If this is not enough, bake it for another half minute.

If you do not have salted caramel, then this dessert can be prepared independently. It’s not difficult to make salted caramel, many will like this delicacy; moreover, it is added to cakes, rolls, gingerbread cookies and cookies with filling.

1. Pour 100 grams of granulated sugar into a pan and turn on a small fire. We add just a few drops of water and a drop of lemon juice. Do not mix!

2. While the sugar is melted and becomes caramel, we warm the fat cream.

3. When the sugar has turned brown, turn off the heat and add a little butter to it, then gradually add 100 ml of almost boiled cream and mix well.

4. Put the resulting mass on a small fire and cook for 2-3 minutes, adding a good pinch of salt.

5. Pour the finished caramel into a tall dish, cover with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for a day.
