You will need
- potatoes - 8 pieces,
- champignons - 400 grams,
- garlic - 4 cloves,
- parsley - 1 bunch,
- olive oil - 5 tbsp. spoons
- butter cream - 300 grams

Cut peeled potatoes into thin slices (about 3 mm), mushrooms also cut into slices.

In a skillet with a thick bottom, heat the oil, put the potatoes and mix so that it is covered with oil. Salt, pepper.

Stir with a wooden spoon until potato starch (until it becomes sticky). At the same time, we cook mushrooms in a second pan.

Add the garlic to the potatoes and pour the cream, covering them with the potato slices completely, but no more, otherwise the fat content will be less. Cook for 5 minutes until the cream is slightly thickened.

Remove the potatoes from the heat, add salt and spices to it as needed, add chopped parsley and cooked mushrooms to the pan.

Put everything in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for about half an hour.
