"Cabbage dance"

The delicacy prepared according to this recipe can be served to the table as an independent dish or as a side dish to boiled or fried meat. For him, you need to take:

- 1 small forks of white cabbage;

- 1 head of kohlrabi;

- cauliflower and broccoli in a ratio of 1: 2;

- 2 heads of onions;

- 1 carrot;

- 1 pod of sweet pepper;

- 1-2 tomatoes or 1 tbsp. l tomato paste;

- vegetable oil;

- greens of dill and parsley;

- salt.

Carefully wash the cauliflower and broccoli and disassemble for inflorescences. Then boil the prepared cabbage separately in salted water (colored for 3 minutes after boiling, and broccoli for 5 minutes).

Wash kohlrabi, peel, cut into strips and fry in sunflower oil. Lightly salt, mix and place in portioned ceramic pots.

Remove blackened and wilted upper leaves from white cabbage, and finely chop the forks. Then put the cabbage in pots to kohlrabi. Do not mix the layers, but just smooth them.

Put the finely chopped and fried onions in the next layer. Then a layer of cauliflower. Next - chopped and fried carrots. Then - half the norm of fried broccoli, on top of which lay onions and chopped Bulgarian pepper, fried along with chopped tomatoes or tomato paste. Put the remaining broccoli in the last layer.

Close the pots with lids and place in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes to simmer at a temperature of 160-180 ° C. 2 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle cabbage assortment with finely chopped herbs.
