  • - 0.5 tsp red hot pepper

Prepare the dough: put the flour in a bowl, add the yeast, salt to taste. Pour in warm water gradually, knead soft dough and place it in a warm place for 35-45 minutes.

Roll out the dough, put on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. And bake for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the lamb and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry meat until tender, salt and pepper.

Cut the finished cake into small pieces, arrange on plates, put a couple of tablespoons of yogurt on top.

Peel the tomatoes. Finely chop the bell pepper, stew in a separate frying pan until soft, 10-15 minutes, salt.

Prepare the sauce: in a skillet, mix tomato paste, thyme, butter, salt, red and black pepper, pour in a little water and, stirring, warm over low heat until a uniform sauce of medium density is formed.
