  • - 500 g flour;

  • - 250 ml of water;

  • - ½ teaspoon of dry yeast;

  • - 50 ml of olive oil;

  • - 1 teaspoon of salt;

  • - 1 teaspoon of sugar;

  • - 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds;

  • - 1 yolk;

  • - 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds;

Instruction manual

1

Combine sugar, yeast, salt and a third of warm water in a deep cup. Mix everything thoroughly and put the dough in a warm place for half an hour - it should be doubled.

2

Mix flour with olive oil and remaining water. Add dough to them and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Transfer the dough into a container, cover and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

3

Form from the finished dough balls 4 cm in diameter. Each roll out and cut into strips 0.5 cm wide. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

4

Lubricate the strips of dough with yolk, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, caraway seeds and sesame seeds. Leave them in a warm place for another 15 minutes, and then put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 10 minutes.
