You will need

  • - water - 250 ml;

  • - instant yeast - 6 g;

  • - salt - 1 teaspoon;

  • - sugar - 1 teaspoon;

  • - wheat flour - 90 g;

  • - buckwheat flour - 90 g;

  • - potatoes - 3 pcs.

Put the instant yeast in a separate bowl and pour them with 50 milliliters of warm water. Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour there. Mix everything well, then cover with cling film. Put aside until this mixture foams, i.e. for approximately 50 minutes.

After the time has passed to the yeast mass, enter buckwheat flour, granulated sugar, salt, as well as 100 milliliters of room temperature water. Mix everything thoroughly. Do not touch this mixture for 50 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour water into the pan, salt it and put the washed potatoes there. Put on the fire and cook until fully cooked directly in the peel, that is, in its uniform.

For yeast dough, add another 100 milliliters of room temperature water. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Cool boiled potatoes and chop with a grater. Then add it to the resulting test. Mix thoroughly and place this mass in a round baking dish. If you wish, you can put frozen vegetables on the dish, such as tomatoes or mushrooms.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send the dish to bake for about 40 minutes. You can serve ready-made pastries to the table both cold and hot. Buckwheat snack cake is ready!
