You will need
- For fritters for 4 servings:
- - 220 g buckwheat flour;
- - 200 g of wheat flour;
- - 6 tbsp Sahara;
- - 4 tsp baking powder;
- - 1 tsp soda;
- - 1 tsp salts;
- - 800 ml of buttermilk;
- - 6 tbsp melted butter;
- - 4 eggs.
- For basic caramel syrup:
- - 400 g of brown sugar;
- - 160 ml of water;
- - a pair of a pinch of salt;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract.

We sift two types of flour with a baking powder, soda and salt into a large container. Add sugar, mix well.

In another container, mix the buttermilk with melted butter and egg. You can help yourself with a mixer.

We put a thick-walled pan to warm up. If you are not sure about the quality of the pan, I recommend a little grease with vegetable oil. Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients of the dough with the liquid. Do not overdo it - we only need to get a homogeneous consistency.

We bake pancakes on medium heat until the crust is pleasant to the eye.

You can do syrup at the same time: just pour sugar in water and boil for a couple of minutes. Then add the vanilla extract and mix.

Serve ready-made pancakes must be immediately, still warm, watering with caramel syrup.
