Cauliflower and broccoli gratin is a healthy main course or an excellent side dish for meat or fish. Such a foam is suitable for very young children.

- 400 g broccoli
- 400 g cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 g parmesan
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Boil broccoli and cauliflower in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Grate the cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, add salt and nutmeg by a pinch. Pour half the grated cheese into the mixture.

Put broccoli and cauliflower in a baking dish. Pour in the egg mixture, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees 25 minutes.

To make the dish more satisfying, you can add chicken or shrimp to the filling.
